Jim is a seasoned EHS professional with a MS in Occupational Health and Science. Jim started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry over 20 years ago in facilities maintenance. In his current role as an EHS Associate Manager, Jim has helped to develop and implement human performance concepts like learning teams and has helped to train others in facilitation of learning teams.
