Nicole Piggott is dedicated to creating more inclusive, equitable, and motivating work environments. She has held leadership roles at Women In Governance (WiG), Bombardier Aerospace, RioTinto, Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOCC), and FedEx Canada. She is the founder of the consultancy Synclusiv, a driving force behind some of Canada's top companies' equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.
