Bio
Fran holds a PhD in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she holds a CSP designation, and an MPH. Fran was a featured speaker at the BLR 2018 Safety Summit in Orlando Florida.
She currently presents daily on a variety of safety, health, security and environmental topics at her current
workplace.
