This session is very interactive and engages the audience utilizing digital in-time reflection surveys. Justin starts this session out highlighting a vulnerable time in his life where he was within 45 minutes of becoming part of the 79% statistic of death by suicide to gain the attention of the audience. Justin introduces this as “His Why” statement. Justin then leads into the current demographics of leadership gaps in the industry and how in his research he has found several key breakdowns that impact leaders in today’s industry. In his session he provides insights into these breakdowns; and how leveraging both Operational and Emotional Intelligence with your team can advance your core values with optimal success. Justin will show you a simple method to use for both Emerging and Boots on the Ground Leaders that coexists with the reality of a fast-paced work environment.
