This three-day immersive workshop will prepare you for the BCSP ASP exam, which leads to the ASP certification. The ASP (often called CSP Safety Fundamentals exam) is the first test required in the two-test process of becoming a Certified Safety Professional. This exam prep reviews problems addressing the complete examination blueprint in a Q&A format complete with fully developed explanations, targeting the principles and theories required to pass the examination. Upon completion of this workshop, you’ll know most frequently used formulas with terms explained, determine your readiness for taking the ASP exam, identify knowledge gaps to develop an individual study plan and ensure exam success, obtain answers to questions about core exam materials, be familiar with resources available to prepare for the exam, and be able to use information about certification requirements and scoring procedures for test preparation.
Students are required to have a TI 30XS calculator for this course.
