Critical to the interpretation of substance abuse testing is understanding if the donor is impaired. Most people assume that a positive test represents impairment. In fact, interpretation is more nuanced. Given the current wave of legalized marijuana, this session will discuss substances commonly tested for, and the issues regarding interpretation of test results.
