Understanding Your Environmental Responsibilities

This session is designed for professionals who have assumed environmental responsibilities within their organization or who just want to learn more about the major federal environmental regulations, including the Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Emergency Response, Compensation and Liability Act; and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. You’ll gain a better understanding of the basic requirements of each of these regulations and how they apply in industry and the public sector.
